These adorable images from Inky Impressions are just too sweet for words. I love their big round eyes and the details that make them really come to life. I created this card for my step-grandmother with spring-like colors of gable green, apricot appeal, and pretty in pink. The dp in the background is Two Scoops from BasicGrey, which is sold at KL Stampin N Scrappin. It was colored with both prismacolor pencils and Copic markers. The string actually had Happy Spring on it, so I changed it up a little with a general sentiment that would work for a July birthday.
I sure hope she likes it as much as I do.

This sweet couple, Milo and Lily, are here to send out Birthday Wishes and have balloons for you too! I am definitely in need of more birthday cards, so here is one of the new birthday cards I created last week. The newly retiring Rachelle Anne Miller Congratulations stamp can be found at KL Stampin N Scrappin!! Colored with prismacolor and gamsol, layered on scalloped rectangles created with Nesites, DP from Two scoops, and Stampin Up card stock (taken with teal, appricot appeal, gable green). This card is 5 1/4 x 5 1/4 inches.

Day at the Beach
It's raining and dreary here today (T-storms to be exact), so . . . a Day at the Beach would be GREAT! Well . . . if it weren't raining there too :)
This sweet little image is a Rachelle Anne Miller design from Stampavie that is now on the retiring list. I just couldn't resist ordering some of these sweet images in for the store. Maybe some of you already have them, but I hadn't started collecting any Stampavie images until they were available through Michelle Oatman here in the states. SO glad Heidi organized things with Michelle to get them over here too. :)
Card details: (follow the links to find these items some at my store -- KL Stampin N Scrappin -- others from other terrific stores I use) Lily Day at the Beach stamp colored with my prismacolor pencils and Gamsol, sponged with ballet blue and highlighted with a Signo white gel pen, cs SU and dp from a Lime Rickey paper pack, sand dollar charm from http://www.hannastamps.com/, square brads and sheer ribbon from my collection, "Sending you Sunshine" sentiment from the C.C. Designs Sugarplum sentiment set from http://www.allthatscraps.com/ , Labels One dies, and tiny mosaic embossing folder
Have a GREAT day!! Hugs,
P.S. -- We are currently down to only one Lime Rickey paper pad at KLSNS, but it will be given away to one lucky winner from our PaperCraftPlanet challenge tomorrow morning. You haven't played along? What are you waiting for?! Make a card with Sparkle's wonderful sketch and post over there today for a chance to win. It's free and LOTS of fun. PCP is a lot like SplitcoastStampers with more "freedoms" for us retailers to advertise in a Group setting. I LOVE IT!! :D
