Easter Silhouette Card - revamped with Spring blossoms

Happy Thursday, everybody!

It has been a chilly week this week in Pennsylvania so thoughts of spring are still dancing in my head, I guess.  There is a challenge going on at the PaperCrafts' FB page for April and I just had to play along this week.  Since she is heading down what looks like a path with the chocolate ribbon, I thought it fit in well with the Stampin Sisters in Christ challenge that is on going this week too.  We are to use pastel, which most of mine is except for the splash of accent with the chocolate ribbon and brown branch (hopefully the ladies at SSC will let me play along).  :)  I so adore their creations and their beautiful blog.  Stop by and see them too.  You won't want to miss it.

Here's my card for the above-mentioned challenges  ...

Here's a closeup of the tag ...

Card Details:  It was created with mostly Stampin Up items.  Little girl silhouette and spring blossoms branch are from Stampin Up's Easter Bouquet set.  I filled the basket with little die cut flower petals though to cover up the Easter eggs (similar to the flower on the charm, but I trimmed them so they all would fit in there nicely) - kinda like flower soft.  Other Items Used:  SU Pretty in Pink cs, green scalloped piece - scrap, chocolate ribbon (SU), Spellbinders rectangle labels, Textured Impression designer frames (SU), ribbon roses and 4 mm Swarovski crystals.

Just a note to my faithful readers and friends - I won't have much to share between now and May 5th, as I will be gearing up for training in Atlanta, leaving April 29 and returning May 5.  I hope to get another card created and a post scheduled before I go though.  I do have one scheduled  for the next Sketches by Carly 55 sketch challenge, which starts 4/27 with Team A and then Team B participating 5/4, so be sure to stop by here on May 4th to see what I have created.  Check out the SBC challenge blog to play along!! :)

Thanks for stopping by!  Happy Stampin! :)
