New JLO stamps and a Tag

I received some new JessicaLynnOriginal stamps the other day, and yesterday I was able to get creative with them!! :) The first one is a baby from the Baby wants it all set. there are different sentiments that come with this set like "my diaper is dirty," "I love Daddy," "I love Mommy," or "Pick Me Up!!" But I always seem to forget someone's birthday, so I thought Sorry would be a useful sentiment too. Inside you could say "So sorry I missed your birthday or I forgot." Card details: real red cs ran through the Happy Birthday CB folder, the dp is from Australia (from my dear friend, Marcia), and the baby was colored with both copics and prisma color pencils. I just love light blue and red together. The ribbon was from the $1 spot at Target with a few other brightly colored spools, but I thought the hearts worked nicely with the hearts on the baby's jammies.

Probably showing my age here a little bit, and although I was a child of the 80s, I do remember the disco music. The waves and circles in this BasicGrey paper reminded me of a dance club or something similar. The yorkies are dancing up a storm, and the sentiment that came to mind was "Dancin' Machine." Now I have had that song stuck in my head for the past 2 days. This is the inside with a piece of the BG paper and some corner punches to try and tie it all together. The other terrier is lightly stamped in the lower right hand corner as well. Card details: Dancin Yorkies, BasicGrey Archaic paper, creamy caramel and chocolate chip cs, matching brown ribbon, and orange and brown primas (the colors are a little more muted than they show up when brightened). This one is being sent out to an animal lover friend who is having a birthday this month. I sure hope she likes it. :)

Lastly, I was tagged by one of my SBS4 sisters, Yanitza!

Here are the rules of the Tag:
1.
Link your tagger and list these rules on your blog.

2. Share 7 facts about yourself on your blog, some random, some weird:
#1: Love to sleep in but rarely do
#2: Love chocolate
#3: Had enough of this snow
#4: Love all different kinds of music
#5: My second toe is longer than my first (only weird thing I could think of) -- LOL (blushing now)
#6: My foot gets heavy on the gas pedal come spring-time (set your cruise control girls!!)
#7: I love the Lord and my family more than life itself

3. Tag 7 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blogs. Let them know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog. Well here are a few of my favorite blogs . . .

#1 -- Jessica
#2 -- KristineB
#3 -- Heidi
#5 -- Carolyn
#6 -- Sparkle
#7 -- Kerry

If you have already had this one, sorry. This has been around a while, so I don't know who has or hasn't had it . . . if you would like to play along -- please feel free to post on your blog and mention that I tagged you.

Happy Stampin N Scrappin! Kelly :)

Fun cards, Kelly! I could use a bunch of those 'sorry' card and the Yorkie does look like a disco pooch. Hey, I recognize one of those tag names -- I need to catch up on those tags!

Maybe it's that longer toe that is making your foot heavy! Try using that as your excuse the next time Mr. Cop pulls you over and see if he agrees! LOL.

Great card, Kelly! I really love the idea of using the baby for a belated birthday card. And the dancing disco dogs rock. :)
