Getting Ready for Mother's Day!!

Imagine That's challenge set this month is "Girl with MOM Banner!"  I thought this sweet image was perfect for a Mother's Day card for my Mom! :)

Come play along with us this month to get next month's set for free!  I.T. has a progressive monthly challenge that you won't want to miss.

Girl with Banner from Imagine That, retired red Mom heart charm from Origami Owl,
BasicGrey Junebug paper, textured chipboard heart colored with Copics,
Spellbinders small oval and scalloped ovals, SU small oval punch,
mint green seam binding, Copic C03 and B00 around the image to give it depth.

Closeup of the Imagine That image

Matching Happy Mother's Day sentiment in pretty, swirly font
Also from Imagine that is this sweet boy from A Flower For You set, which I thought would be perfect for my MIL from my hubby.  How adorable is he? bare feet and all!! :)
Card Details:  Imagine That boy image, BasicGrey Junebug DP, SU ruby red and kiwi kiss cs,
argyle blue satin ribbon and navy blue grosgrain as well as
a cute little watering can charm from America to water the small yellow primas

Isn't that the cutest little watering can charm?! :)  I won it from America's
blog candy last month  - pretty little bag full of sweet charms.

Now don't you forget your mother this Mother's Day ... and remind every young man you see to Call His Mother! lol (my son included)

Another great challenge is going on at Crafty Ribbon's blog - "Anything Goes with Ribbon" challenge.  Swing by and check it out.

Inky Hugs,

Both cards turned out fabulous Kelly. I especially love the image of the little boy and those bare toes. Too cute. Pretty ribbon too. Well done!

Hugs,
Lisa
